What is the delivery time?

Standard Order delivery takes 3-7 working days after confirmation of the order, (Please be noted that we dont ship orders before confirmation calls) depending on the size and availability of the product. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and order confirmations.

What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?

Delivery Charges for local orders are Rs. 200/order. For International Orders, All the Duties and Taxes will be paid by the customer.

How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through SMS on provided contact number. You can log on to the courier website for your order, insert your tracking ID there and track your order. 

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
Our delivery agents make three attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, contact number, and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the thrid failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout and will be added to your total bill. Shipping charges are Rs. 200/- or customers ordering within Pakistan. International delivery charges are borne by the customer and will be charged as per the actual weight of the ordered product(s). Please note that some countries may attract import duties which shall be paid by the customer at the time of the delivery.
