AFTER-SALES ISSUE.
Nazmina provides 7 days Return and replacement warranty after delivery.
In case of return or exchange customer has to send the parcel to the given address and claim for return and exchange of the product.

Nazmina provides discount cards and vouchers to run our customer loyalty program, but to avoid any kind of misunderstanding we want to make it clear here some potential points:
- Discount cards and vouchers issued to the customers is for the same collection they bought it from.
- Vouchers and cards cannot be used on items that are already in any kind of promotion.
