Delivered with some delay but got the right product, quality seems fine yet to wear it. I hope after a wash it will retain the quality
What you need to improve is not to share any delivery details unless order is dispatched and delivery trackable. I got tracking number within one day of order booking but order was not dispatched, this kind of disturbed my schedule. Customers also have to plan when to be available in case of COD and if buying for first time from a new brand. Though I was responded via WhatsApp but once it was dispatched I was not informed and luckily was at home to receive.
